Taking place on 29 May in Florence, Pandolfini Casa d’Aste’s ‘Classic Cars’ sale comprises 31 collector cars, of which the leading lot is a fabulous ‘time warp’ 1973 BMW 3.0 CSL with an attached pre-sale estimate of 250,000–350,000 euros. If that’s a little out of your budget, though, there are still plenty of interesting and affordable cars on offer.

Take the 1962 Siata 1500TS (est. 20,000–30,000 euros), for example, a charming and rare alternative to the Alfa Romeo Giulia. Or the 1962 Autobianchi Bianchina Panoramica (4,000–6,000 euros), a small city wagon that drips with elegance and style. In terms of value for money, however, two opulent British machines might just take the trophy – there’s a 1996 Daimler Six, a car frequently used by the British Royal family, estimated at just 6,000–8,000 euros and a gold 1979 Bentley T2 formerly owned by the luxury menswear brand Aquascutum of Piccadilly, which is expected to fetch 18,000–22,000 euros. You can find our 10 favourite lots from the sale listed below or, alternatively, browse the entire catalogue in the Classic Driver Market.
